Passion and determination are the best words that describe Hungarian native, Rita Hubai’s success as a professional hairstylist. One would hardly expect that a five year old would know her career path at such a tender age. In fact, Rita’s mother was far less than convinced that her little girl would fifteen (15) years later, fulfill her childhood dream. That dream was to become a beautician and to transform women into beautiful goddesses. Audrey Hepburn said “I believe that happy girls are the prettiest girls.” It is Rita’s mission to make all her customers happy with their hairdo, whether by highlights, cuts or colors, that when they leave the salon they will be and feel both prettier and happier.
Rita completed her cosmetology program in Hungary in 1996 but has been living in the United States for the past fourteen (14) years. With a rapidly changing industry, she recognizes the need to keep up to date with the most recent trends. With this in mind, she continues to take cutting edge educational classes, as well as participate in hair and beauty shows. This gives her the opportunity to always deliver on customer expectations by blending the best products with the best styles. From modern, edgy and daring cuts to traditional and classy hairdos, up do's, Rita is an industry professional who will create a hairstyle to suit your very own tastes and lifestyle.
She embraces hair styling as an art form and enjoys being creative with each customer in her chair. Rita’s favorite product lines for color are Redken, Schwarzkopf, and Pureology Serious Color Care for treatments and styling. When a client leaves the A Select Salon after being styled by Rita, they leave not only with a hairstyle but a complete experience as she also shares advice on proper hair care.
